Single Barrel Experience – Tasting Tour

Enjoy a single barrel selection experience where we taste through 3 different single barrels and find the interesting variation in each barrel. Each person will pick their favorite barrel, purchase a bottle, and personalize the label of their favorite whiskey of the day. We will show you our entire process, where we dump the barrels, the bottling process, and the labeling of the bottles. We will also include a tutorial about our mash bill and how the grains and wood of the barrel contribute to the flavors of the whiskey.

• $150 per person
  • $50 per person deposit at the time of booking.
  • Remaining balance will be collected at River Roots the day of tasting and go towards the purchase of your personalized single barrel bottle.
• The experience will take about 60-90 minutes.
• Thursdays only at 5:30pm
• Minimum 4 people, Maximum of 12 people

Bring a group of friends, work colleagues, clients, or anyone you want to impress! For an additional $40 per person, we will bring in Michael Symon’s famous BBQ and feed your group. We will coordinate the menu with the host of the party.
