Enjoy a single barrel selection experience where we taste through 3 different single barrels and find the interesting variation in each barrel. Each person will pick their favorite barrel, purchase a bottle, personalize the label of their favorite whiskey of the day, and wax dip the top of the bottle.  We will show you our entire process, where we dump the barrels, the bottling process, and the labeling of the bottles. We will also include a tutorial about our mash bill and how the grains and wood of the barrel contribute to the flavors of the whiskey.

  • $50 per person deposit at the time of booking.
  • Remaining balance will be collected at River Roots the day of tasting and go towards the purchase of your personalized single barrel bottle.
• The experience will take about 90 minutes.
